Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 219 "An Act                                                                        
relating to utilization review entities; exempting certain health care                                                          
providers from making preauthorization requests for certain services;                                                           
and providing for an effective date" for the Labor and Commerce                                                                 
Committee meeting today. Without objection, it was so ordered.
